About Us
Treasure Builders is a long established construction business located in East Gippsland, surrounded by the Gippsland Lakes and the rich forested foot hills and mountains on the southern side of the Great dividing range.
Robert Treasure established the business in the late 1980's after completing his carpentry and joinery apprenticeship. Always interested in building to high standards with sustainable practices in mind, it was in 2016 that Robert completed training in Passive House, (an internationally recognised, performance-based energy standard in construction), to become East Gippsland's first Certified Passive House Tradesperson endorsed by the International Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, Germany. This was a turning point that has enabled Treasure Builders to understand and deliver the highest of standards in house construction.
