5. Installing a mechanical heat recovery ventilation system that provides fresh filtered air 24/7 and efficiently removes moisture from the home while recovering around 90% of the homes original temperature.
A 'certified Passivhaus' goes one step further and includes a level of scrutiny that is typically not seen in the Australian building market.
